The Leninsky District Court of St. Petersburg sent drummer Vladislav Leontyev to arrest for 12 days, reported the correspondent of «Mediazona»*. He was again charged with organizing a mass gathering of people in a public place. Under the first protocol, Leontyev spent 13 days under arrest.

At today's hearing on the protocol against Leontyev, the defense insisted that during the time specified in the protocol — from 18:23 to 18:40 on September 26 — the young man did not participate in the concert, he was playing elsewhere.

«Stop Time» did not hold concerts on September 26, as stated in the protocol, they performed on the 27th, and the police officers who compiled the protocol referred to a post in the telegram channel of the publication «Bumaga»* with a recording of the performance, which was also published on September 27.

Three musicians of the band «Stop Time» — singer Diana Loginova (Naoko), guitarist Alexander Orlov, and drummer Vladislav Leontyev — were first detained on October 15. The next day, all three were sent to administrative arrest under protocols for organizing a mass gathering of people. Naoko and Leontyev were sentenced to 13 days each, Orlov — 12.

On October 28, the singer was fined 30,000 rubles under the article on «discrediting» the army. On October 29, Loginova and Orlov were sentenced to 13 days of arrest for organizing a mass gathering of people, and Loginova was sentenced to an additional 13 days for petty hooliganism.
