According to law enforcement, in this way “a negative assessment of the Russian Federation's special military operation is being formed in society”

In the protocol on “discrediting” the army, which was drawn up against the St. Petersburg singer Diana Loginova due to the song Noize MC “Bright Stripe”, the police explained that the song “discredits” the Russian army, as it is listened to in Ukraine during bombings.

As reported to “Rotonda” by the head of the court press service Daria Lebedeva, the protocol included a quote from Noize MC's social media. A fan of the artist wrote to him that he played the track “Bright Stripe” in Kyiv during a drone attack and felt the artist's support.

“Thus, by Alekseev I.A., through both the song ‘Bright Stripe’ itself and the comment regarding its release, a negative assessment of the Russian Federation's special military operation is being formed in society,” — stated in the protocol.

Diana Loginova wrote in the explanation to the protocol: “I do not agree with the content”.

Vocalist Diana Loginova, drummer Vladislav Leontyev, and guitarist Alexander Orlov were placed under administrative arrest for performing songs by “foreign agents”, the first two for 13 days, and the third for 12 days. They were accused of organizing an unauthorized event, which resulted in “obstructed pedestrian movement” to the metro. Later it became known that two protocols were drawn up against Loginova under the administrative article on “discrediting” the Russian army. She now faces criminal prosecution.

* Recognized in Russia as a “foreign agent”.
