On October 6, the Governor of the Ryazan region issued a decree according to which employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, FSIN, FSSP, SK, EMERCOM, FSB, and Rosgvardiya will receive a payment of 92,000 rubles for recruiting a contractor, noted «7×7»*.
Initially, the decree also included employees of the prosecutor's office, but they were excluded four days later.
Last week, Malkov also increased the payment for recruiting foreigners not from the CIS to war from 80,000 to 574,000 rubles. Both decisions are valid until the end of 2025.
According to calculations by «Mediazona»* based on data from open sources, since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, 611 residents of the Ryazan region have died.
Meanwhile, several regions — in particular, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Samara, Belgorod, and Novgorod regions — on the contrary, reduced one-time regional payments. Officials explained this by the large influx of applicants and the burden on the regional budget.
