The Donetsk region was left without power due to Russian attacks, reported the head of the Donetsk OVA, Vadim Filashkin.
According to him, Russian troops targeted the region's energy infrastructure.
«Specialists have already started repairs and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as quickly as possible. However, the final extent of the damage and the timeline for restoration are yet to be determined», — noted Filashkin.
In the region, Points of Invincibility are operational, providing warmth, electricity, and internet.
On October 11, the energy infrastructure of the Odessa region was hit by Russian strikes, leaving 44 settlements without power supply.
Earlier, the mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov, warned of «the most difficult winter» in all the years of the war, as Russian troops are systematically destroying Ukraine's generation.
