In the last month and a half, this is already the third attack on the refinery, which processes 6.25 million tons of oil per year

At night, 55 Ukrainian drones were shot down over Russian territory, the Ministry of Defense reported. In the Krasnodar region, as a result of the attack, a fire started at the Afipsky oil refinery, the regional operations headquarters reported.

«Drone debris fell on one of the installations. There are no casualties. A fire occurred over an area of 30 square meters, which has already been extinguished. Operational and special services are working on site», — the message states.

The annual processing volume of the refinery is 6.25 million tons per year, which accounts for 2.1% of Russia's total oil refining volume. The plant has been repeatedly attacked by drones in August and September.

According to «Kommersant», from July 28 to September 22, due to strikes on the refinery, the number of gas stations selling gasoline in Russia decreased by 360, or 2.6%.

The governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar, also wrote about the attack of Ukrainian drones on his Telegram channel, reporting that in the regional capital, the glazing of a store on the outskirts of the city and several cars in the parking lot were damaged, with no casualties.

On the eve, the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, reported an attack on the village of Belaya Berezka from a Grad multiple rocket launcher system. According to him, nine people were injured during the strike on residential buildings, including a child.
