The lyceum teacher who prepared the performance was fined 30,000 rubles

The court in Ussuriysk fined the RZD lyceum teacher Dina Anishchik under the article on "discrediting" the army, who prepared the performances of the children's theater studio for Victory Day. The corresponding ruling was found by "Verstka"* in the court's database.

The teacher organized a performance by her students at the children's creativity festival "Wonderland", where the children sang the song "Dear, kind adults, cancel the war!" and also showed posters "No to war!" in Russian, English, and Ukrainian.

The police officers who saw the video recording of the performance considered that Anishchik "carried out public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation". The court agreed with this interpretation of the performance, noting that the children's performance was "aimed at calls to end the special military operation" and fined Anishchik 30,000 rubles.

The teacher herself did not plead guilty. She noted that the performance was pre-approved by the organizers, and its examination was conducted with violations.
