On the night of August 11, Ukraine launched drone strikes on several regions of Russia, including the Nizhny Novgorod and Tula regions.

The governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, reported that "two industrial zones" were hit, one person died, and two people were injured.

According to the Ukrainian monitoring channel Exilenova+, the target of the drone attack was the "Arzamas Instrument-Making Plant named after P. I. Plandin," which is part of the "Tactical Missile Armament" Corporation and is under US and EU sanctions. It is one of the leading enterprises of the Russian defense industry, producing instruments for the aviation and space industries as part of the state defense order.

The second target was likely an industrial zone in Dzerzhinsk, where military enterprises are located.

In the Tula region, Ukrainian drones struck a civilian enterprise, two people died, and three were injured.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported 27 Ukrainian drones shot down, 11 of them over the Tula region.
