Two people died and two more were injured in a grenade explosion in the entrance of an apartment building in the Moscow region, reported Baza and «112» sources in law enforcement agencies.
On the evening of May 9, in Losino-Petrovsky, a group of two men and their wives were celebrating Victory Day in a house on Gorky Street. One of the men, a 46-year-old participant in the war in Ukraine, at some point took out a grenade. The men went out to smoke on the staircase, and an explosion was heard from there. The man and his 24-year-old acquaintance died on the spot, their wives were injured: one of them had her eardrum ruptured, the other received bruises.
The investigation is trying to determine how one of the deceased had a combat grenade. As Baza writes, citing its sources, the man participated in the war in Ukraine and might have brought the grenade from there.
