The electronic summons registry canceled the test mode and began operating throughout Russia

2025.05.09

Previously, it operated only in three regions, after the publication of a summons, restrictions are imposed on the conscript, including on leaving the country

The mention of the test mode disappeared from the electronic summons registry site, noted the human rights project «Go to the Woods»*. Now it looks like a fully launched project. On the site, you can log into your personal account, check for a summons, and request an extract from the registry.

Previously, the site reported that the registry was operating in test mode and only in three regions — in the Ryazan region, Mari El, and on Sakhalin. With the start of full operation of the registry, electronic summonses and fines for non-appearance become legally valid.

«Go to the Woods» notes that so far they have not received any requests from those who received a summons through this site or faced automatic restrictions.

The summons registry began operating in test mode in September last year. Human rights activists emphasized that with its launch, it would be almost impossible to remain out of sight of military enlistment offices, and previous recommendations not to take a summons would no longer work. After the publication of a summons on the site, the conscript should be prohibited from leaving the country. Seven days after posting, the summons will automatically be considered delivered. If the conscript does not appear at the military enlistment office within 20 days, they will be prohibited from driving, obtaining loans, registering vehicles, and individual entrepreneurship.
