Yulia Navalnaya* published a response from Rosfinmonitoring to Alexei Navalny's mother on her Telegram channel, stating that 'the grounds for Navalny A.A. remaining on the list [of extremists and terrorists] have not been removed'.
However, according to paragraph 7 of Federal Law 115, the presence of documented evidence of the death of a person included in the Rosfinmonitoring list is an unconditional basis for exclusion from the list, Navalnaya noted.
'Why does Putin need this? Obviously, not to prevent Alexei from opening bank accounts. That is already impossible. Putin does this to scare you. He wants you to be afraid to even mention Alexei and gradually forget his name,' wrote Yulia Navalnaya, adding that she will appeal Rosfinmonitoring's response.
